CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE: At this time, only a registered user with elevated access, i.e. Attorney of Record, District Attorney, or Attorney General, will have access to documents on their cases. For the Attorney of Record, a one page preview will be enabled. It is our intent to provide the documents needed, however, the Portal will only allow access to original documents not requiring redaction and redacted documents. If payment is made for copies, and upon download the user discovers a ‘redacted’ version instead of an ‘original’, the user may request via email the ‘original’ document by providing proof of the ‘redacted’ document attached to the email request. As an elevated access user having access to documents on the case, be advised they are intended only for you, the elevated access user. They may contain information which is confidential, sensitive, or both. You are further notified that any disclosure, copying, forwarding, or other distribution of documents, or the taking of any action in reliance upon the information contained in the documents is strictly prohibited and reason for us to discontinue your registered/elevated access.
